Getting started
- Create your account
- Connect social accounts
Settings → Social Accounts → Connect. OAuth per platform.
- Set up brand voice
Settings → Brand Voice. JSON or guided form shapes AI output.
- Upload media
Library → Upload. Use platform-named folders for auto-attach in campaigns.
Content & AI
- Generate a monthly plan
Content → New Campaign → describe your goal → review → schedule.
- Platform folder naming
Folders like Brand_Instagram or Acme_Twitter match posts automatically.
- Edit before publish
Review step lets you tweak captions, media, and schedule per post.
Publishing
- Schedule posts
Composer or calendar drag-and-drop. Timezone follows workspace settings.
- Post status
Draft → Scheduled → Publishing → Published / Failed. Real-time updates in dashboard.
- Reconnect expired tokens
Settings → Social Accounts → Reconnect when a platform shows a warning.
Teams & billing
- Invite teammates
Settings → Team → Invite by email. Roles: Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer.
- Plans & trials
3-day trial on paid plans. Manage subscription in Settings → Billing.
